MVP 1.0 uses six seats: two Baker Street, two Moriarty and two Fleet Street at the start.

Quick Match prioritizes humans and fills remaining seats with AI after waiting. Private Room lets you invite friends; AI fills gaps in the six-seat table.
Read the relevant guide →What happens if I disconnect?
AI controls your seat while retaining your identity, character and allegiance. Reconnect before the run ends to take control again. If the last human leaves, play pauses for 90 seconds and is abandoned if nobody returns.
Read the relevant guide →How long do I have to decide?
Your turn has a shared 45-second decision budget. Other recipients have eight seconds per decision. The server chooses a legal fallback on timeout.
Read the relevant guide →Can Fleet Street win independently?
No. Fleet Street must join a main faction to share its result. Unaligned players cannot win an early finish.
Read the relevant guide →Does Sherlock always belong to Baker Street?
No. Characters and allegiances are assigned independently. Revealing a character does not reveal or prove a faction.
Read the relevant guide →Can I pass a Telegram?
No. You receive it unless you spend Diversion, which returns it to the sender. A returned Telegram cannot be diverted again.
Read the relevant guide →Do players get eliminated?
No player is eliminated. Wrong-colour intelligence fills precious dossier space but does not kill a player.
Read the relevant guide →Can I trust quick statements?
Quick statements are player claims and may be lies. Public dossiers and recorded transmission outcomes are server-confirmed facts.
